TaxFight
This is a preview. The screener below runs against the City of Calgary's live assessment data, so what it tells you about a real address is real. Checkout is not connected yet (a database, Stripe keys, a Resend key), so nothing can be bought and no card can be charged.

We fight your property assessment.

Put in your Calgary address. We compare your assessment against similar properties in your community using the City's own published data, show you exactly what we found, and tell you whether it is worth fighting. If it is not, we say so and charge you nothing.

What we actually do

Screen it

We pull your parcel from the City's assessment roll and compare it against properties of the same type and era in your community. You see the comparables, the gap, and every error we found in your record.

Talk to the assessor

During the customer review period we take it up with the City directly. A correction agreed here needs no hearing and no board.

File the complaint

We file with the Assessment Review Board before the deadline as a backstop, and run a written or virtual hearing if it comes to that. You do not attend.

What we will not tell you

We will not quote you a success rate. We have not run a Calgary cycle yet, and a performance claim you cannot substantiate is both dishonest and against the law. When we have our own results we will publish them.

We will not promise a number. Every saving on this site is an estimate with a range, built from published data, and it says which data and how old.

We will not hide the downside. The Assessment Review Board can lower your assessment, leave it alone, or raise it. That is on the record before you decide anything.
