TaxFight is live but not open for business yet. The screener runs against the City of Calgary's live assessment data, so everything it tells you about a real address is real. Checkout is not connected (a database, Stripe keys, a Resend key), so nothing can be bought and no card can be charged.

Automatic renewal

Version 2026-09-13.draft.1, content hash 564f0e9a8a3ede45. The version and hash are recorded against every acceptance, so we can always show which words someone actually agreed to.

This is a service that continues from year to year until you cancel it.

What renews. Each January we re-screen your property against the new assessment roll. If the screener flags it, we file again on the tier you chose. If it does not flag it, we tell you that and file nothing.

What it costs. The price of your tier, at the rate published on our pricing page at the time of renewal. If the price has changed, your December email will say so before you are charged.

When you are told. We email you in December, before any renewal charge, with what will happen, what it will cost, and a one-click cancel.

How to cancel. One click in the December email, or the cancel link in any email we send you, or by replying to help@taxfight.ca. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

What you are agreeing to now. By ticking the box at checkout you are giving express consent to this renewal. We will not renew without it.
